These are also available in stainless steel finish with part number DZ16203-16233, and an all black finish with DZ16201-16233. Westin Tube Step Installation - 2013 Honda CR-V

Today on our 2013 Honda CR-V, well install the Westin Tube Steps, Part Number 23-3780. To begin our install, we can go ahead and point out two of the three attachment points for our forward and rear brackets.To identify our brackets, once removed in the package, we can locate the stamped letters for DF drivers front, and DR for drivers rear on the brackets. For each of our attachment points, both securing the brackets to the vehicle and the tube step to the bracket, well be using the new 10 millimeter volts, split lock washer and flat washer on each attachment point.Using the template provided in the instructions, well cut out access holes to feed the brackets to the under body panels where well be securing the inner attachment point for both the front and rear brackets.With our template already cutout, a quick tech tip, will be to use the 100 millimeter bolt and flat washer to assist in hold the template into position while we use a paint marker to trace out the cutout areas. Now with both traced out, well go ahead and completely remove the underbody panel.To remove the underbody panel, there are multiple fasteners. Once we remove the pushpin and bolt fasteners, we can go ahead and remove the under body panel. Were going to set it in a secured location or we can use a utility knife to cut out the marked areas.Now, with our cut outs made, well leave the under body panel aside and go ahead and install the outer two fasteners for both the front and rear brackets. more
